The website www.theleisures.in (the "Site") is published and maintained by The Leisures ("Company"), a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India. When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an ‘associate’ of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.
These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Company and you with respect to your use of this Site.

Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the Internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Website. Company does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.
  • You also acknowledge that through this Site, Company merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you. Company is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Company shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.
  • Company will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.
  • If for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of the Company shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Company for the transaction in question.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Company may add to, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time as it may deem fit, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
  • Company may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
  • Company reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.
  • If Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Company may cancel the said orders at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Company.
  • You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
  • Company requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
  • By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
  • Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
  • Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
  • No waiver by Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

PROMOTION CODES

  • Company.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details (of the promotional code) are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promocode before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.
  • Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promotional codes can be combined at the time of making a booking.

DISPUTES

  • If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Chennai. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
  • The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Chennai, India.

DOMESTIC FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC DOMESTIC FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS.
  • The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  • User should refer airline T&C before booking/Travel to avoid any confusion and/or Dispute afterwards.
  • Indigo airlines charges a fee of Rs.100/- per PNR for duplicate printouts requested at the airport counter. All passengers are requested to carry a copy of the itinerary printout to the airport to avoid additional print-out cost.
  • A Convenience charge of Rs.200/- for oneway flights and Rs.300/- for roundtrip flights shall be additionally charged on per passenger basis.
  • Check-in:
    • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
    • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
    • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
    • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • Flight Schedule Reconfirmation:-
    • we recommend customers to reconfirm their flight schedule timings 24 Hrs prior to departure to avoid inconvenience which could be caused due to last minute schedule change made by the airlines.
  • Air India Express bookings:
    • For Air India Express bookings , Successful Payment deduction does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
    • In case booking is not being confirmed by the company , entire money would be refunded back to the customer as per the normal refund process .
    • The liability of company is only limited to the payment charged to the card of the customer .
    • In case of successful payment from customer, and subsequent fare jump, any difference has to be paid by the customer. If customer is not willing to share the fare jump difference then the booking would be aborted and money refunded back to the customer card.
  • Cancellation:
    • Discounted Return Fares : Partial cancellation (Cancellation of One Segment) or segment change is not permitted for Discounted Return Fares.
    • Cancellation of tickets with more than 24 hours to the flight:
  • Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the Company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure :
    • Log onto www.theleisures.in
    • Click on the signing link at the top.
    • Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
    • The User can cancel either his/her entire booking or partial booking.

    To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers 044-65511031 /65511032 between 10 AM to 7 PM , 7 days a week.

    Cancellation of tickets within 24 hours of the flights:


    The User will have to contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the User.

    Cancellation charges:


    • For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. All charges for individual airlines are given below on per sector per passenger basis. Please note that cancellation charges are subject to change by the Airline at its sole discretion and without notice to Company. The cancellation charges may be verified at the time of cancellation with the airline by the User. Company shall in no way be held responsible or liable in case of any change in the below table. The below cancellation charges are valid only for domestic travel.
    • Kindly note all the bookings made from 1-Apr-2013 onwards with Jet Airways and Jetlite and all bookings made with Air India from 29th April 2013 , Airlines have updated their respective airline cancellation and date change penalties which would vary from INR 700 to INR 1700 per person per sector (These Charges are excluding Service Tax) depending upon the different fare rules for economy class travel.
      In addition to the above cancellation charges, Company will charge a standard cancellation charge of INR 400 per person per sector in case of online cancellation and INR 450 per person per sector in case of offline cancellation. The aforesaid amount of Rs.450 per person may be changed by Company at its sole discretion and without notice to the User. The User shall be responsible to check regularly on the Site www.theleisures.in to see if there has been any change in the same.
      *For all non refundable class tickets, , the airline cancellation fee will be equal to Base Fare, YQ and YR charges.
      Please note as per latest amendments in the Service Tax Regulations effective 1st Jul 2012, there will be a Service Tax levied @ 4.944% for all travel originating from India.
      This is not applicable on any promotional fares offered by airlines as cancellations charges for those will depend on the promotional offer. Each airline has promotional fares also where this cancellation policy does not apply.

    Amendments:


    • All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Company charges an amendment handling fee of Rs.450 per passenger per sector in case of offline amendment and a charge of Rs.450 in case of online amendment. Company will collect these charges from the User when it makes the change in the travel plans. Company will also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
      This means every airline has a different amendment policy and over and above Company charges INR 450 per person per sector in case of offline cancellation charges. (Customer should call up the call center to reschedule.)
      And INR 450 will be charged by Company over and above the airline charges in case of online (It means customer goes to our Site and passes the request.)
      We would also like to add this line: Amendment and cancellation can be done only 24 hours prior to the flight with us.

    Refund:

    • Convenience charge of rs 250/- for one-way flight and rs 450/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests .
      The refund shall be processed within 45 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
      Where the User has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Any later would require the User to send a scanned copy of your E-Ticket endorsed by the airlines to Company.
      Company will be able to transact customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

    Refund shall be validated only after the airline / OTA accepts the cancellation confirmation / endorsement copy sent by the customer.

    Meal Option:

    • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
    • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
    • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
    • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

    INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS
    APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS.

    1. The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. However, excludes applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
    2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
    3. There will be no refund provided by us for 'no-shows' or any partially unused ticket.
    4. Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
    5. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
    6. Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
    7. To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
    8. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
    9. Company is not responsible for any schedule change and/ or cancellation, clubbing of flights by any airline after issuance of ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
    10. Company reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing the booking, cancellation, alterations, etc services provided on www.goibibo.com. Company further reserves the right to revise any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies and taxes for availing the aforementioned services.
    11. Please note that Indigo Airline charges a fee of Rs.100/- per PNR for duplicate printouts requested at the airport counter. All passengers are requested to carry a copy of the itinerary printout to the airport to avoid additional print-out cost.
    12.Check-in:
    a. The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
    b. As per various airlines, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
    c. You need to carry appropriates travels permissions / documents (Valid Passport, Visa, Transit Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Company shall not be responsible for any issues resulting from invalid or inappropriate travel documents.
    13. Amendments:
    a. Company may assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you may need to contact the airline directly.
    b. Every booking made on Company is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    c. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fares, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
    d. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Company charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 700 per passenger.
    e. These charges will be collected from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
    f. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
    g. All amendments should be done at least 24 hrs (1 day) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 24 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.
    14. Cancellation Policy:
    a. Every booking made on Company is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class, in addition to INR 700, Company cancellation charges. The cancellation fee is charge per passenger.
    b. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
    c. Cancellation requests can be made online on our Site or via email or telephonically through our customer support center. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms.
    d. If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team.
    e. If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, you are requested to get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Company will not be able to process your cancellation and will not take any responsibility for the same.
    f. All amendments should be done at least 24 hrs (1 day) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 24 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.
    15.Refunds:
    a. It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.theleisures.in.
    b. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 15 to 30 days.
    16.Partial Payment Terms and Condition :
    a. • Incase of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.
    b. • Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once your payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited
    c. • Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
    d. • Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or theleisures.in without prior notice.
    e. • If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

    HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERMS APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOLIDAY BOOKING TERMS.

    1. You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
    2. The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
    3. You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
    4. Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
    5. In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.
    6. You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.
    7. In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
    8. By making a booking through our Site you make an offer to purchase the service or holiday package from the supplier. We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.
    9. Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
    10. Once we accept your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by you.
    11. The supplier's general travel and contractual terms and conditions are made available by us to you by means of a link or full text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.
    12. Where there is a conflict between any information on our Site and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. Where there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier’s one will apply in priority.
    13. We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.
    14. We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and/or holiday packages and we provide no guaranty with regard to their quality or fitness as represented. We do not as well supply any guaranty for the availability of services and/or holiday packages.
    15. The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.
    16. We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.
    17. The suppliers providing their services and holiday packages through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
    18. We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.
    19. Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.
    20. The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Chennai only.

    BUS BOOKING TERMS APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC BUS BOOKING TERMS.

    1. We are not responsible for the followings:
    • a. The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.
      b. The bus operator’s employees being rude.
      c. The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer’s expectation.
      d. The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
      e. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
      f. The bus operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
      g. The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).
      h. The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
    2. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
    • a. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
      b. Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
      c. All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
      d. Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.
    3. Change in Bus Type:
    • a. In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.
    4. Ticket Cancellation:
    • a. The Leisures will charge Rs 75/- per ticket as a the Leisures service fee in case user cancels the booking.
      b. Cancellation of tickets with more than 24 hours to the bus journey:

    Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the Company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure :

    I. Log onto www.theleisures.in.
    II. Click on the signing link at the top.
    III. Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
    IV. The User can either cancel his/her entire booking or partial booking.
    To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers 044-65511031 / 65511032 between 10 AM to 7PM , 7 days a week.
    c. Cancellation of tickets within 24 hours of the bus journey:
    The User will have to contact the bus operator to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator shall lie with the User.

    CAR RENTAL TERMS

    General Terms and Conditions
    1.Distance and time is calculated from garage back to garage for both within city and outside city trips. In case of a pickup from City A and drop to city B, the distance from the drop off point in city B to garage in City A will be calculated and the payment for the same has to be made by the customer.
    2.Distance and time are calculated from the operator’s garage and not from the customer’s residence. Customers are requested to check the starting time and the starting odometer recorded on the trip sheet available with the driver prior to the journey. Disputes regarding the same will not be acceptable after completion of journey.
    3.Expenses like toll charges permit charges, parking charges, entry & toll fees are to be borne by hirer.
    4.Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines will be charged on the total bill.
    5.The estimate provided at the time of booking is not to be construed as a package pricing for your trip unless specifically indicated. The final amount for your trip will be calculated based on actual usage (number of Kilometers and hours).
    6.For Local Duties, driver BA/TA is applicable after 10.00 pm (or after 12 hours of service). In Hyderabad, local BA/TA is applicable between 9.00 p:m and 7.00 a:m. 7.Extra time up to 30 minutes will be treated half an hr, 31 minutes onwards as full hour and will attract tariff applicable to next higher slab/extra hour.

    Outstation Travel Terms

    1.For Out Station duties, a min of 250 Kilometers is chargeable in Bangalore. 300 Kilometers in Hyderabad. Min of 225 Kilometers or 250 Kilometers in Chennai. For all other cities, a min of 300 Kilometers is chargeable per day for outstation travel.
    2. A calendar day begins at 6.00 A.M and ends at 12.00 Midnight. In case a drop off happens after 12 midnight, an additional days charges (of 225 Kilometers, 250 Kilometers or 300 Kilometers) are applicable unless specifically stated in the package rates quoted.
    3.Driver BA/TA will be twice the normal daily BA/TA between 10 p:m and 6 a:m. (If the driver of the vehicle being hired drives the car beyond 10 p:m on any night or before 6 a:m on any day, then twice the applicable daily BA/TA will apply).
    4.No receipts will be provided for state entry taxes by the operator.

    The Leisures Terms & conditions and responsibilities

    1. The Leisures is ONLY an online car rental booking agent. It does not operate any car rental services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of car rental operators, vehicle types and prices to customers, it has tied up with many car rental operators.
    2.Your contract for car hire is with the car rental operator and we are not liable to you for the provision of these services, however we will try to ensure that you have a car rental service at your disposal in our capacity as agent for the car rental operators.
    3.Booking a car rental (that will be serviced by the car rental operator) from its' network of car rental operators 4.Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
    5.Car rental tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
    6.In case cancellations is made less than 12 hours to departure time, booking is non cancellable. On cancellation entire amount will be forfeited.
    7.INR 300 would apply as cancellation charges if booking is cancelled before 12 hrs to departure time and Rs150 will be charged as a the Leisures service fees.

    HOTEL TERMS APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOTEL TERMS.

    1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
    2. Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 10 Am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy.
    3. Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
    4. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
    5. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
    6. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
    7. Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.
    8. Cancellation Policy:
    a. Every hotel has a different cancellation policy and the user shall be charged accordingly.
    b. Please call our call-center number for cancellation.
    c. INR 300 will be charged as Ibibo service fees apart from the cancellation charges.
    d. Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
    e. Company charges a separate service fee of Rs.600 for all cancellations.
    f. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount.
    9. Modifications & Refunds:
    a. Company doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
    b. Don't call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates.
    c. We take at least 15 to 30 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
    d. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
